The farmlands that stretch along the Kabini village provide a multitude of seasonal crops that make their way into the hearty meals at Kaav. The daily menu shines a spotlight on one of these locally grown crops ranging from Ragi or finger millet to sugarcane, chia, sesame and more, creating a dining experience that is not only delicious but deeply connected to the land. .
